3 Pink grapefruit, peel and pith removed, cut into segments
1 Pomegranate, seeded
2 Pears, quartered, cored, cut into thin wedges
1 1/2 Tbsp honey
6-8 Fresh mint leaves
Flaky sea salt
In a medium bowl, toss grapefruit, pomegranate seeds, pears and honey. Top with mint and salt. Plate and serve.
